Some leaders simply assign the work. You help people understand the bigger picture, find their direction, and believe they can contribute something meaningful to it. Your guidance has shaped not only what our team achieves, but also how confidently we approach every new challenge.
What the Community and Partner Management department has achieved in only three years is extraordinary. Behind that progress is your ability to imagine what does not yet exist, solve the complicated problems standing in the way, and bring global communities, partners, and people together around one shared vision.
I am equally grateful for the memories beyond our everyday work: having you at my wedding, the late-night chats and meetups, and our time in Malaysia. Those moments showed me the approachable, generous, and wonderfully human person behind the leader everyone respects.
I will always remember the all-nighters we shared while preparing the FundedNext Global Meetup France. They captured so much of what makes working with you special: groundbreaking ideas, calm direction under pressure, and the determination to turn an ambitious plan into something real.
